Pumpkin, sunflower, and... I give up, can't figure it out.
Looks like cockroaches.
yikes! no roaches nearby, i can assure you!eva, youre correct with the sunflower and pumpkin seeds! the third type is flax, or linseed as they call them here in england. i often crush up flax seeds and soak them in a few Tbls of water to produce a sticky substitute for eggs.
